When we take a new listing, we analyze what the best approaches might be for creating an effective marketing campaign. Though we will be happy to discuss more of our listings in person, we have provided three case studies from representative listings in 2005. As you can see from the template to the right, we discuss the challenges that we perceived, the approach that we took to meet those challenges, and the results that we achieved. We have tried to move beyond mere anecdotes and stories to analysis of what works and what doesn't work.
